Default HD Firmware lost. Who have 12.4 HD driver
Powering off at firmware updating by Digitest!!!!
Now , HD IO dead. Only Orange LED power button . There is a solution on website Knowladge Base that I can install HD 12.4 driver to try to solve this. But Avid Web doesn't supply HD12.4 driver any more. ....

Who can send one? or is there any other solution to shoot this trouble ?

Hi, welcome to the community.

If your support plan is active, just contact Avid Support and ask them to provide that 12.4 installer and/or instructions how to fix your interface.

Holy cow! Message me so we can chat. I have the 12.4 but also just experienced the same thing with my Omni. It’s bricked and I think my was the fault of their update. Message me

I got 12.4 HD driver, and downgraded my MacBook Air 2013 to 10.12. It Works. My HD got alive again !!!! hahahahaha
