Thats funny - as soon as I put MY 002 into stand alone mode, the faders "walk in .5db steps" from infinity to unity gain while making a "tick - tick- tick sound"??? Maybe a power harness issue??? Digi junk. I'm tired.

Make sure you haven't hit the FADER MUTE (F4) button on your 002.

Hi Ariel,

Check to be sure you have the Pro Tools application in the Mac HD>Applications>Digidesign>Pro Tools folder. If the application gets moved out of this location Pro Tools will not see the controller personality profile for the 002. You'll still be able to run Pro Tools with 002 as an audio interface, but you won't get faders, track names on scribble strips, or transport control on the 002.

Regards,
