Preferences do not load.

Everyday I have to set my Prefs new, because PT 7.3.1cs5 won't load them. This is driving me nuts. Has anyone any idea, which files must be deleted on my System, that PT will keep the prefs?

Try re-installing Pro Tools...try the safe un-install first! will only take 5 minutes to do and won;t remove any third party stuff and plugs etc. the uninstaller is in the Digi folder in applications.

Hi,

I had the same problem. The only thing that helped was setting my OS language from german to english (system settings)
Now everything is fine!
