Protools 10 System ID and Upgrade

Hi,

I have a PT10 license bought in 2011 or 2012 as a physical CD installer. Now I want to upgrade Protools but my license doesn't appear in my Avid Master Account as my product doesn't appear. I tried to contact avid support via phone but they require a System ID which I don't have or I can't find. iLok is linked with Avid and it appears in my account but I don't know what should I do to register my license and being able to just upgrade.

I have a students license.

Does anyone knows how does it work? How can I activate my PT10 License on the Avid Master Account?

To summarise, I own Protools 10 but it doesn't show it on my Avid account and it doesn't show my system ID, so I cannot contact Avid support via phone.
