You can use Google Search to find threads e.g. search for:
"Avid Play" site:duc.avid.com and you get https://www.google.com/search?q=%22A...3Aduc.avid.com

You can just create your own thread if nothing is a close fit.

With no obvious forum area/section for them I would create the thread here in this General Discussion section.

Things tend to work better and get resolved faster if threads are kept to single specific issues, one per thread. But sure sometimes threads on meta-issues/overall quality or issues also make sense.
