d verb tdm room 2 40hz noisefloor?

My system is hd 3 accel protools hd 8.1.1 mac pro 8 core 20 gigs ram os 10.6.8

I like to use dverb room 1 and 2 for toms sometimes. it's the only application I use dverb for. the tdm version

I put a freq response plugin on the master and dverb is creating a 20hz to 40hz noise around -70dbfs.


not sure why. It's quiet enough that for full band stuff it's not really an issue. I"m just confussed as to why or how to get rid of it?

Part of the sound. Have you ever noticed reverb units produce something with zero input?

Put a high pass filter after the reverb and that will remove it. It’s not like you want any of those frequencies in the reverb tail.
