Lost Communication With Audio Interface
I've been getting this error and the most dreadful CPU power error too..
I have a digi 003 with an imac (2.16Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo/1GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM) running leopard 10.5.7 and pro tools 8.0.1 can anyone help? and I just upraded to 8.0.3 and now when i open a pro tools file it loses connection with my audio interface right away and protools freezes

Was it working with 8.0.1? If it was, I would roll back as 8.0.3 I think is for Snow Leopard(remember, if it ain't broke, don't fix it).

well i did go back.. but there's every 3 sessions.. it starts to lose connection to the audio interface

I'd try a new firewire cable as I had the original fail for no reason.

I get bursts of noise like every 3 seconds after keeping my sessions up for a while or having alot of plug-ins in.. and then the audio interface loses connection
