Default WTF?! Spot dialog box keeps popping up... [SOLVED]

when I'm trying to make micro trim and fade edits on my guitar track. What's up with this thing? How did I turn it on, and how can I turn it off? This is killing me.

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

NEVER MIND! Sorry, for the interruption. I figured it out. Gawd, I'm stoopid.
