PC M-POWERED SESSION TRANSFER FILES TO MAC TDM QUESTION

Sorry if this in wrong forum but I took my M-Powered PC Session - copied it to folder - put folder on CD - went to friend's studio - tried to load it to his HD 5.3.1 TDM MAC (Yes, Mac) but the Session would not open - does anyone have any ideas why not? I checked the dialog box for pc/mac compatibility, BWF files, etc. etc. thank you. I need to figure this out . My session was in 24 / 44.1.
