iLOK - No Confirmation Email (PLEASE HELP!!)

I just purchased the upgrade to Protools 9, and registered with iLok 6 hours ago - but still have NOT received a confirmation email. I installed Protools and when I start the program (with the iLok USB engaged) - it doesn't do anything. I'm following directions from the Guitar Center sales rep, not sure if I'm doing something incorrect or if iLok simply sucks. PLEASE HELP, we have a session today!!

Your Pro Tools 9 license is still on your iLok.com account, and has not yet been transferred to your iLok. Follow the instructions here:
How do I activate my Pro Tools 9 Crossgrade from Pro Tools LE or M-Powered?

Do not use Firefox 4 or higher on www.iLok.com since it may not see your iLok. Use Safari or Firefox 3.

Thanks AVID, but since iLok hasn't sent me the confirmation email for registration - I cannot log into my iLok account! Any way to work around this?

PS - I knew the "Guitar Center" comment would spark some feedback :)

What is sad, is that this question still isn't answered in two years and it is still happening to people

Welcome to the community.

Did you check your spam folder?

Did you try signing at http://www.ilok.com or within iLok License Manager? We checked in with the iLok team and they said your account was already confirmed and you should be able to sign in with the User ID and Password you created.

It's still happening! The software must be amazing if they spent all their budget on it, because they obviously didn't spend anything on web development, I hope I get to use it someday, when my email comes through...
