No Meter Action

Just great. As if anything else could go wrong with PT 5.1.1
I have set up 2 Aux's and can see no meter response in the channel strip. After a reboot, all is back to normal. (well... normal in a Digi001 sense of the word.)
Anybody have this problem?
Like most PT bugs it may not necessarily affect recording, but again, it is very annoying.

Hi electrobank,
I have seen this. The only thing I've been able to associate it with is when I have stuff running that takes lots of CPU cycles (Seti@Home) and I start PT, then sometimes this happens. Not always though.

I also have to close PT and restart it. This has only happened maybe 2 or 3 times to me, but all since I upgraded to 5.1.1. It never happened with 5.1.0

I think you're right, Mark. It seems to be a glitch that can't be pinpointed. When 5.1.1 came out, I heard so may complaints that I stayed with 5.1.0. All in all, I'm very happy with it. I wish I could help electrobank, though, because he's definitely helped me.

I had this problem last night (I figured it was just me) but never upgraded to 5.1.1 (and wasn't planning on upgrading) How long has 5.1.1 been out... and do you guys know if Digidesign start packaging that software instead of the 5.1.0? I'll have to look when I get home but I thought I was running 5.1 no the updated version.
