Reverb One Grayed out, even though I have a license for it

Hi all,

Opening a session that was mixed on another stage, they used Reverb One on a 7.1.2 aux bus (atmos mix), the plugin is grayed out. But I have a license, so why would this be? I can add my own instance of Reverb One on the same track and its not grayed out. I don't want to lose any of the automation from the grayed out plugin, so I can't just simply replace it.

My guess is its possibly because the stage it come off of is using a later version of Protools than me. I'm using 2019, they are using 2020 (I think, will need to confirm).

Any thoughts?

It may be disabled, try to enable it and see if you have your settings intact. But if it is disabled, it may be disabled for a reason.
