Setting up two firestudio projects with protools 10
Just bought two FIRESTUDIO PROJECT units (8 inputs each) in order to have 16 inputs. I stacked both units and connected it to my iMac (2013). On ProTools 10, I only see the first 8 inputs doubled instead of having 16 separate inputs. Can someone please tell me how I can set it up so that each of my 16 channels on ProTools?
I would greatly accept any/all help urgently. I am recording an orchestra tomorrow and would like to correct this problem asap. Thank you very much. |

Re: Setting up two firestudio projects with protools 10
I would take a look at this support link over on the Presonus site. They offer a PT template for multiple Firestudio units that you can download.
Also make sure you have set up device chaining in Universal Control. FireStudio-Family-Setting-up-chained-FireStudio-projects-in-ProTools |
