Default constant -9128 errors

i recently updated to ProTools LE 6.7 (with the newest bug fix, i forget the number, and the 002 firmware update) and added DV toolkit and the Waves Native Power Pack. i am now getting constant -9128 error messages, telling me i am running out of CPU power and need to remove plug-ins. this is in a relatively small session with a few EQ and compression plugs, no reverbs, no processor hogs, nothing to warrant that message on a dual 867 G4 with 1gig of RAM. the Digi hardware is an 002. the OS is 10.3.7.

anyone else had this problem, and/or (more importantly) fixed it?
