Complete Production Toolkit

I have been running ProTools LE 8.0.3 with DVToolkit2 using an MBox pro on a macBook pro i7 without problem. I have upgraded the toolkit to the Complete production toolkit and am now unable to run any session. Even with the most basic session i.e 1 track no plug-ins no audio, as soon as I press play i get the message: "The audio device buffer underflowed. Try decreasing the H/W buffer size or remove other devices. -6085." These fixes do nothing.
I have run a clean uninstall/reinstall. This does not help. As I say the system was fine running DVToolkit2. Are there any ideas out there.

1. Read the "HELP US HELP YOU" thread at the begining of this forum, and follow it's advice.
2. Do a search for 608x errors and read through any one of the 10,000 threads on it.
3. Delete prefs, etc... (also found in the help us help you links), and try again.

It could be any one of 10,000 things... (not really, almost every time it's a configuration issue).
