Default Deleted by mistake

I mistakenly deleted a region from a playlist. The information still exists on the original but I can't figure out how to get it into this playlist. I tried going back to the original and creating a new region using the information but it still won't show up in this playlist. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks in advance.....

I was working with a duplicate playlist. The first playlist is still there, intact. (I always edit a duplicate)
So the audio file is still there. I was able to play it by going back to the first playlist.
Just cant seem to import it into this list.

Do you see it in the Region List?

Should be as easy as:
1. switch to original playlist
2. select region
3. copy
4. switch to dup playlist
5. paste

just make sure you're in slip mode when you paste.
