Crazy -- all that effort to get clarifications nailed about this upgrade, and stuff like this happens...doesn't inspire confidence. Hoping for good news soon.

I wonder how much of what is or or is not going on here and some of the difficulty communication is the folks talking are at InMusic in the USA and the development is out of AIR Music in Germany. I have no idea if there are product management and marketing folks in the team in Germany with authority to make decisions or not, but they seem to be all letting InMusic headquarters staff handle all of the communication with customers. Just about any time I've seen marketing/product management not physically (and all other ways) working closely with the development team it ends up poorly. I hope that is not the case here.

It may be time for Russ at Pro Tools Expert to rattle the AIR /InMusic cage again and see if any information/commitments fall out.

My concern was not really language problems, it was more just distance and if there might be issues with HQ vs. a separate product division/development team.
