Eleven Rack Expansion Pack (ERXP) Firmware Updater incompatible with IE9
Our testing has uncovered an issue with Internet Explorer 9 which causes the ERXP FW Updater to crash. Do not install Internet Explorer 9 on your Pro Tools system prior to running the ERXP FW Updater installer. If IE9 is already installed on your computer, you will need to Uninstall it, then run the FW Updater.
To uninstall Internet Explorer 9, go to Programs and Features, up in the left-top, click View Installed Updates, then click on MS IE9 and uninstall it. |
