Default ProjectMix - Doesn\'t appear in \"Midi Controllers\"

The ProjectMix audio interface works (i.e. I can record and monitor) but I can't use the surface part in PTMP. When I open up the Hardware->Peripherals->Midi Controllers page, it says "None" under type.

Under machine control and synchronization, it does list the ProjectMix-External and ProjectMix-Control, but not for midi controllers.

I have made sure to set ProjectMix for Pro Tools mode, and it then shows "-----" where the track names should be.

Thanks for your help,
Rob
