PT7.3 I/O Insert Bypass

With 7.3. you can change plugin inserts during playback (but not record). This means that you can insert your favourite outboard gear even during playback. But for quick A/B comparison, can you "bypass" the hardware insert without unplugging it? Previous versions of PT didn't let you do this - I wondered if 7.3 can? I guess I'll shortly be able to answer my own question...
