Hey Daniel - It's in your account already.
  1. Sign in to account.avid.com
  2. Click "My Products and Subscriptions"
  3. Click "Pro Tools Annual Upgrade Plan"
  4. Click "Show"
  5. Click the file(s) to download

Default "No Products Found" after PT12HD upgrade purchase
Just purchases the PT12HD update, but clicking the "Download Products" tab in the order confirmation email takes me to my account's "Products not yet downloaded" and it shows no products found. As near as I can tell I'm just in a waiting game? Seams wrong since my credit card has been charged but no product delivered.

Default Can't find download for Pro Tools 12
I purchased the upgrade for Pro Tools 12 and as per instructions clicked on the download products button to navigate to the 'Products Not Yet Downloaded' page but there are no downloadable products there. In the 'My Products and Subscriptions' page I see downloads for Pro Tools 10 and 11 but not 12. Please help. Thanks in advance.

My Account/My Products and Subscriptions/ (inside a purple banner called:) Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 update


(beats me why they didn't just call it Pro Tools 12)

Assuming you bought from the Avid store, did they happen to email you an activation code? If so, you need to register the code in your account to get the downloads and iLok license deposited.

I don't see any activation code. In the confirmation email, under 'Redemption Codes' there is just the text 'Avid Download Link' (not actually a link) and then 'Redeem this code at http://account.avid.com'.
