Back up system folder on back up drive?

Sorry about the off topic Mac question, but it is for my PT rig. I have backed up my System Folder to a back up firewire audio drive. Is it OK to leave it named "System Folder", in case I need to boot from that drive some day? Right now I have it named "Backup System Fol". Also, if that day should come, what is the (OS 9.2.2) keyboard command to boot from a CD or that back up drive?

Hi Mick,
I think it's a very good idea to have a copy of your System folder on an alternate drive in case of disk failure, OS corruption, or whatever. I do this as well and it has paid off on several occassions. You should just leave it named "System Folder" on both drives. You can use your Startup Disk Control Panel to select the desired one. You can also press command+option+shift+delete while the system boots to boot to another drive. Happy holidays.
