What Benifit's are to Coreaudio Driver 6.7? Can it be used with version 6.4?

There are a couple of small fixes in the 6.7 driver that are specific, listed on the download page:

A: The Digidesign CoreAudio driver v6.7 adds the following:
Fix for large TDM systems where the driver would timeout waiting for the Manager app to auto-launch
Fixed a problem where older versions of Avid Xpress DV and Avid Xpress Pro would produce noise out of outputs 5-8

While those fixes would also work with earlier versions of Pro Tools on OS X, there would be no reason to install the 6.7 version over the 6.5.2 version you may have already installed on Pro Tools 6.4 unless you are an Avid Xpress user or you have 5 or more TDM cards.
