Pro Tools 10 with 2 audio devices
I am currently using the Tascam DM-3200 with the 32 channel firewire card and wondering if I can use my M-audio 2626 audio device in addition to the 32 inputs/outputs of the tascam firewire card. Will Pro Tools recognize both audio devices? I am running Windows 7.

You cant use them both at the same time. Also, if you're using regular PT 10, you'll be limited to 32 I/O via CoreAudio and ASIO.
