CAN'T LAUNCH PROTOOls with LEAPORD

I just bought a Mac Pro Desk top which runs OS 10.5.4, I used the migrate app to transfer my files and apps from my Mc Book Pro (which runs Tiger)... I uninstalled protools and downloaded the 7.4.2 patch and reinstalled. Now every time that I try to launch Protools on the (New) CPU it freezes up while its loading the audio suite plugins... I realize that some of my third party plugins may not be compatable, but what about the digiplugs? I even tried to install the "Music Production toolkit" update to see if that was the issue, yet it stills freezes during luanch!

Any Suggestings?
