sound tag for Xmas present

Good morning from Lyon in France,

In order to make a Xmas present, I am desperately looking for a site to make a cool and design sound identification tag to allow my son, a sound designer, to tag the tracks he creates to prevent their unauthorised use.

Do you know of a reputable and serious site for this type of work?

I'm guessing that this post is probably not filed in the right section but I couldn't find anything else.
