Pro Tools frezees on 2 seconds after hit play

Hi guys. I have pt 8.0.3 hd with 3 cards and I have strange problem.
When I\m playing and recording audio everything is just ok. But, if there are any video in session pt frezees on 1-2 seconds after beginning of record or play. It's creeping me out. And on other less power machine with pt le everything is just fine. Thank you for any help.

First off you should list all system specs. When you say it freezes with picture in session, does it then start playing after 2-5 seconds? If so, this is a known bug that has been fixed with 8.4

Is your system preferences - sound set to 'Digi HW' or internal?

(hint) switch it to internal....

The video problems I've had with Pro Tools have been from having an incompatible or corrupt plugin in the plugins folder.
