import audio from reason to PT 7.1
Hi-
I'm having trouble getting 5 pre-recorded reason midi tracks over to protools. Do you just select "export audio file". Do you need to have a midi track set up in protools for it to go into, or can you start with an empty rack and select "import audio file". Does Reason need to remail open in order to even play in Protools? I can only get it to save to a series of folders, and not actually open up and play in my protools. Any help would be appreciated. You'll find that whether you have one track or multiple tracks, all MIDI Files will be exported. When Importing into Pro Tools, choice 'MIDI to Region List', this way you can Drag which MIDI File you require. filosofem
