Default short cut for horizontal and vertical zoom settings

I have read in the manual but it does not seem to be clear to me what are the short cut commands for horizontal zooming

Default Re: short cut for horizontal and vertical zoom settings

Horizontal zoom in/out (Audio + midi) : APPLE + ] / [

Vertical zoom in/out (Audio) : APPLE + OPTION + ] / [

Vertical zoom in/out (Midi) : APPLE + SHIFT + ] / [

The manual doesn't mention much about shortcuts but it's on the fold out "keyboard Shortcuts" card that comes in the box.
