Default Pro Tools 6.7 update

Sorry if this has been discussed already, but this looks pretty promising:

"Join Digidesign specialists for an inside look at the workings of Pro Tools LE. Showcasing the latest Pro Tools LE hardware and new Pro Tools LE 6.7 software, Remix Hotel will give you firsthand exposure to the benefits of the Pro Tools LE environment as well as provide an open one-on-one forum for your questions. Along with innovations like the Control|8 control surface and Digi 002, be sure to check out Pro Tools LE 6.7’s new MIDI functionality and Beat Detective LE, and the all-new Synchronic audio manipulation plug-in. Space for all Digidesign events is limited, so be sure to come by early."

Strange review.. the listed cons are IMO dumb. Synchronic is a plug-in.. to adjust the master output level.. simply lower the track fader - to export as MP3 use that option in BTD.

I was thinking the same thing when I read that Rail. I guess they don't really use PT very much.

Is it really true that this new update will not work with any HUI or equivilant board using the HUI driver? If this is true, it looks like I am stuck on 6.4 for as long as I use pro Tools cause I am using an 01V96 in HUI emulation mode as my control surface!! Please tell me this isnt true!!
