MBOX 2 Install on Partition hard drive

I have an IMAC G5 and just partitioned my hard drive. I was only able to install OSX on one section and pro tools will only install on one section. I want to have a section just for pro tools but don't know how to install it on it's own partition. I was told to do this by many pro tools users but I am stuck. Please advise.
