Having Trouble authorizing BBE D82

I have a Pro Tools 003 LE Factory on a MAC and when I try to authorize the software for BBE D82 with my ILOK I come to a Challenge screen and am requested to respond to the challenge. Does anyone know what I steps I am missing. There was no instruction on install on box. I know this is simple but I am new at this. Could anyone help
