Default Can\'t Change Sample Rate

I have Mpowered with an 1814. mpowered can do up to 96k at 24bits, 1814 can do 96k at 24bits, but when i start a new session i am only given the option of 44.1k at 16 or 24 bits. what am i doing wrong here? thanks.

Not Sure what the m-audio control panel for the 1814 is like, but open it up, and make sure the sample rate and bit depth are not LOCKED.

I know I can lock them with my delta.
