Default ASUS P6T WS/ i7/ windows7/ HD2 PCIX core and accel

Hello! I have recently bougth a new computer, I will post some of the setup.

ASUS P6T WS Professional, Socket-1366
Silver Power SP-SS620 620W PSU
Intel Core? i7 Quad Processor i7-950
Corsair H50 Hydro Series CPU Kjøler
ASUS P6X58D-E, Socket-1366
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz 12GB CL9
PowerColor Radeon HD 5750 1GB GDDR5 / PNY Quadro FX 580 512MB GDDR3 128-bit
Corsair SSD Force Series 2,5" 120GB
WD Caviar® Black 1TB 3,5", SATA 6Gb/s
Sony Optiarc DVD±RW burner AD-5260S

The mainbord has set the speed on the PCIX to AUTO, and not on 166 or 133. Should this matter?

I am using windows 7 64b, protools 9, and the core and accel card.

When I do a clean install, I get driver problems with the core card(This is because of the VGA driver), when I uninstall the driver to the grafics, I get the driver for the core card.

So either I have to choose between very annoying display, or no core card.
I have 2 grafic cards, tryed both off em, nothing is diffrent.

I will try to install Windows xp, to see if that solves the problem.

Anybody here who have anything that could help solve this problem? It would be AWSOME!

As a quick update.

Have tryed windows xp 32bit SP3, updated it and installed protools 8,4. worked fine for about one recording.. Started getting BSOD right after logon!

Installing Windows Xp 32b again now.

Update:

Dropped XP and going for windows 7 64 with 8gb of ram.

Have you tried setting it up with the radeon card only (+ core and accel)?
