Exclamation Update [Issue Resolved] Platform issue impacting services

Update: Issue has been resolved

We are currently experiencing interruptions when attempting to access shop.avd.com, my.avid.com, etc. Our platform provider is working on this with highest priority. Thank you for your patience.
