Default Quantize region crash (12.8.1 HD)

Hi there. Just trying to quantize some regions and all a sudden I can't do it without getting a crash.

I had just found the thread where someone told how to fix the overlapping quantize "feature" so I was very excited about that.

I'm trying a prefs trash and will see how that goes...

Nope. Still immediate crash.

I'm on 12.8.1HD running on a 2017 MacBook Pro 2.9 OS 10.12.6
