Default New book on Protools 10 for Post Production

This book was announced at NAMM, and is already available on Amazon. It's mainly focused on Post Production using PT10 and deals with HDX and HD Native, among other things.

I just thought I'd point it out since a lot of the other books dealing with Protools and Post Production are several years old, and this one looks like it might be useful in just learning about the systems in general, as well as optimization, etc.

Maybe some of the experienced Post guys can browse the Table of Contents and give your opinion of it:

Well, I tried to look up Joel Krantz the author, and he as 5 credits on IMDB.

So, you decide for yourself what it's worth.

Anybody else know him?

In the Amazon link, you can do the "look inside this book", and scroll down past the cover, and there's an "about the author" section. Looks like he's worked with Digi/Avid a lot, and now he teaches, but has worked on a few films as well.

It is exactly that, so can't be so bad.
