Can't Get Past Redeem License Code

OK, so I just got my serial numbers from Avid for Pro Tools 10 (academic version) in an email and I'm tired of putzing around trying to figure out what to do with them.

On the iLok.com website I'm trying to "Redeem License Code" where it says "NOTE: Copy/Paste the full code into any box" and I have tried pasting both Avid codes because it doesn't clarify which one to use (I got a verification code and a serial number) and both of them cause the thing to put up exclamation marks at me like I'm doing something wrong.

Please help. As far as I know, I didn't get a support code either which strikes me as odd because I got one for Sibelius.

I did the whole PT install and downloaded the iLok software etc., but the iLok is showing as 0 licenses which I imagine is the reason I get an error box when I try to start Pro Tools.
