cursor is hidden?

Hi,

I just downloaded the new 2022.7, but it do not show the cursor at all. I have tried several times to solve the problem.

I am on Windows 10. What can be the problem?

Tough to say as I am running 2022.7 on Windows 10 here without issue. Some things to try:
1-adjust screen brightness and/or contrast
2-try different cursors(mouse properties)
3-uninstall and go back to the previous version of PT

BTW, if you installed 2022.7 on top of a previous version, this is not the correct way to do it. You should always uninstall 1 version before installing the next(going up or down in versions). If you have never uninstall PT on Windows 10, its not quite as simple as it should be as you need to dig just a little deeper. Normally, you right-click on START and select apps and features. In the case of Pro Tools(and some other programs), from the apps and features page, you need to click on Programs and features(near upper right corner). Once that list of programs populates, you can right-click on Avid Pro Tools, select Change and follow prompts to complete the uninstall.
