Default Nexis Initial Configuration - Password Not working

I am trying to log into a new NEXIS PRO+ to do the initial configuration, but the default password (last 8 characters of the serial number) does not work. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Normally these are addressed on the community.avid.com side of the house.

There is a NEXIS forum there.

If you have confirmed that you are using the correct serial number and password, and it is still not working, you will need to contact Avid Customer Care to reset the password.

I can do that for you if needed.

We purchased the unit through Accu-Tech, so I'm not sure what the Avid account number would be, the serial number is # MAK008205906408

I found out through our purchasing dept that the unit we purchased is a #9935-73211-02 PRO+ 40TB Engine. I posted on the community.avid forum as well to see if anyone has a solution.
