Default Internal Renderer Uses CPU Resources When Not In Use

Hello, I have noticed that the Dolby Atmos Renderer still uses CPU resources even on stereo projects. I have to go in to I/O and turn it off when working and swapping multiple stereo and Atmos Projects. Can you guys at Avid make this function happen automatically when switching from Atmos to a Stereo project and vise versa?
