Default Performance Problem LE 001 winxp

Hi,.
HELP!!!!

Everything works fine, a little slow using 32 tracks and 6 to 10 plug in.
But!!!! Here’s the problem;

After been working with hard editing (cutting, pasting, etc) (5 to 10 minutes)(with little sessions or big ones, it doesn’t matter) the performance of the computer gets lower,. with low response in graphics.
It still works,. but it becomes slower. With slow response and delay in general graphics issues (close and open several windows, when I click the play buttons I have a delay in the monitoring of the play cursor, etc).
I have tried every hardware modification (buffer size, etc).. Do I need more ram? a Bios matter?
When I close Pro Tools and re open,. every work faster again.

HELP!!! and sorry about my English.

Eduardo.

If you are using D-Verb, place a 16bit dither before the D-Verb plugin (above it).
Just a thought. This is a known problem and gets everyone eventually.
