Smile controlling the bpm on a track

Just needed to know if it is possible to speed up or slow down the bpm on a track in a session to my desired speed. I plan on using this technique aid me in remixing tracks etc.

Thanks in advance

There's a video at the bottom of this blog post about how to do that, you use the "Tempo ruler" and elastic and tick based audio. I'd also suggest watching the elastic audio tutes both on the Digi site and on my blog.

Hi,

If you have PT 7.4 then you can use elastic audio in varispeed mode on just that track. or you can use audio suite/time shift in varispeed mode.
