firmware update tool cant get....

firmware update tool cant get work with my mbox 2 pro, here is the scr:

so we have on Windows Vista and XP:
-update utility cant view my mbox 2 pro
-mbox is connected and work fine
-the firmware i can see from Control Panel

same in macos 10.5.6 (retail dvd hackintosh)
-macos cant recognize the firmware of mbox
-mbox is connected and work fine

so what the flack ? ;[
