pro control fader pack

Any joy from the lab on the matrix problem?

I'm running leopard 10.5 - mac 3.2 main Pro Control with 2 fader packs and the edit pack. Do i need a special lead to get the keyboard and trackball working?
There is a USB socket on the back of the edit pack but It is a different size to anything i try to fit.
And finally PT 8 or not just yet. I have the download but am wary of installing...

No word yet. Use a normal USB A-B cable.

The studio is for my use but is also available to rent, I am a recording artiste/producer who after much research decided to go for the PC. I am already encountering a few problems as you know - regarding the new stuff, I feel the c24 is a little plasticy - the icon stuff is a bridge too far at this stage. I have the main, the edit pack and 2 fader packs - I paid £2200, I will be happy once I can get the little fault sorted. Thanks for all your help M
