Problem with Music Production Toolkit 2 Licensing

I know it is Christmas but I would like to get this fixed. Do I need to contact anybody specifically to get sent the fix?
I got the impression that simply posting on this board would generate a response.

Could you be more specific about the problem you are having? If it has to do with one of the toolkits...

Your iLok account shows a Music Production Toolkit license on it, which will work with Pro Tools 8. You can download the 7.4.2 installer which would work with PTLE 8 from here:

Your iLok account also shows your licenses for DV Toolkit 2 and X-Form, which have not yet been transferred to your iLok (your previous DVTK2 license needs to be on the iLok, and is replaced by the new one when you do the transfer to your iLok)

One disturbing minus is that iLok:s list of licenses says "Music Production Toolkit"
without number two afterwards. I'm sorry if this is mentioned somewhere here, but what I did after a fair amount of calls to DigiDesign and they trying to help, was buy a new update (to claim my old 40€ back later). Still says "MPT" without number 2.

When will you have this fixed? Oh and the MPT2 contains the mp3 option. Does that come automatically with iLok:s MPT license or does it have to be downloaded separately?

I thought I had paid for a music production toolkit upgrade- I certainly clicked on that!
Have I upgraded to something that I dont have? (DV toolkit)

I managed to buy the upgrade to CPT from DV2 for the brief time it was up on the website last week ..... jumped through all the hoops, it was a two hour session to persuade Registration/Authorization/iLok to complete. Now I have a demand at start-up for DV2 authorization. I surrendered it?
I'm using PT 8 LE on a major (i do mean major project) from my home studio, but stuck with ProTools HD2 in my business studio - like a lot of the changes, but I'm having many of the issues described by others with midi drivers and firewire audio constantly going into melt-down.

This won't be 'fixed' as it's not a problem. The only difference between MPTK 1 and 2 is the types of plug-ins that come with them. The iLok license for the MP3 option is separate - it will show as a separate auth in your account and on your iLok.

Since CPTK includes all of the features of DVTK, you don't need the DVTK bundle any longer, so just remove it from your Pro Tools folder.

Can you elaborate about the midi drivers and firewire audio issues you're having? Have you tried any of the General Troubleshooting steps?

Yes,I've tried the troubleshooting tips, but will run through everything again eventually;-)
I'm running a MacPro 8 core 2.8, 10 GB RAM (checked), 2 TB internal SATA drives, 2 TB external FW drives (originally on FW 800 but changed to FW 400 after reading troubleshooting tips) . I am running OS 10.5.6, and appreciate that is not "signed off" yet,so hoping that that is the core issue.
I'm using MOTU MTP AV USB,which is constantly going missing, I get messages that Mac OS X midi services are not available, or that I need to uninstall midi drivers. Usually end up having to power down everything starting up one item at a time,re-install MOTU drivers,factory reset MTP, turn round three times and chant Mongolian prayer. Ihink its just blind luck when it comes back up.
FW drives go missing but usually return after power cycling - and ProTools 8 frequrently tells me that my Digi003 "is in use by anther application" and quiits at start-up. (It isn't) .Or simply remains invisible.
I'm also using Logic Pro, and if I power up the computer , and use a MOTU 828 Mk II i(FW) nterface, rather than the 003, I don't get the issues. Having said that, I've also used Logic for long periods with the 003, without issues.

Ok.. So what went wrong when the mp3 option is not on my iLok after authorizing??
