Default The PT9 / non-Digi/Avid hardware compatibility thread

Please report all Pro Tools 9 compatibility experiences with non-Digi/Avid hardware here.
The posted info should contain at least:
- Platform (OSX (version?), Windows (version?))
- All hardware inputs show up in PT work (yes/no)
- All hardware outputs show up in PT and work (yes/no)
- Lowest buffer size possible (32, 64, 128, 256, ...)
- Anything else?
