Default bounced QuickTime-movie not streaming with faststart

i like using "bounce into quick time movie" for the previews that i upload for my clients. unfortunately if i upload the exported movs and try the link, the internet-browser downloads the whole film before starting playback (i did select "faststart (compressed header)" and "faststart" in the qt-dialog and exported into H.264 (one-pass) with AAC-audio).
there's probably a bug in communicating the qt-faststart-option between pt and qt: if i open the exported file in qt and just save (not export) and upload it again, the movie starts playing after a few seconds of loading, although the movie is far from beeing completely downloaded.
