Hi there. I had similar problem with Pro Tools and Focusrite Scarlet (popup with message Some inputs or outputs may have become inactive...) . I had to many devices active: TV, nVidia, Realtek, JBL Bluetooth and Scarlet device. Solution in my case was to disable other music devices in windows sound control panel in input and output tabs (only Scarlet left as active default device).
