I bought PT11 today and still haven't received an activation code or email anywhere. I contacted email support, but anything else I can do?

Check your SPAM filter and see if it happened to end up there. Have happened a lot before. If you haven't got it tomorrow PM me and I'll check with the top floor guys

Still nothing, this is very upsetting after paying.

I tried to call support, but I don't know what a system ID is.

Email support said it's because I selected having a shippable box, but I thought I could do both? Furthermore, there was a drop-down menu that made me select a shipping option.

Upgrades to Pro Tools 11 are downloadable.

This is not an upgrade, it is the full purchase of Pro Tools 11 from the Avid store, which is only available there as a shipping product, not a download.

As it says on the store under Specifications:

What’s in the box?

• Pro Tools 11 activation card - download required (includes Pro Tools 11 and Pro Tools 10 installers and user guides for all software)
• iLok 2 key (for software authorization)
• Driver installer disk
• Registration information card

You will need the iLok 2 USB key included in the box, and you will get the Activation Code in the box as soon as fedex delivers it to you.

If you already own an iLok 2, you can download the fully functional 30 day trial license in the meantime. If you don't have an iLok 2, then you will need to wait until you get the one included with your purchase.
